Chuck was born on February 13, 1968, and raised by his sweet and wonderful momma, Louise, in Anaheim.
Chuck met his best friend and the love of his life, Susan, on February 16, 1988, at the beach in Newport. On April 23, 1994, they married, and together they had their precious children Colin, Alyssa, and Aubrey.
His strong work ethic led him to build his own successful business, Garrett Electric. He was a supportive mentor to many over the years. He was a respected leader and great boss.
His family was his whole world. He dedicated his life to his family, always working so hard to provide for them and give them everything they could ever want. With his family, he shared his love for plumerias, the beach, food, music, and having fun every day.
Chuck’s love extended beyond his children to the family they built – his daughter-in-law Brooke and son-in-law Abraham, who became loving additions to his family.
He was blessed with lifelong friends, with whom he made unforgettable memories over the course of decades of laughter and adventures.
To Susan, he will always be her greatest love, her protector, her everything, and the most handsome man she’s ever seen.
To his children, their biggest supporter, comedic relief, role model, and constant source of strength.
He found the joy and humor in everything. He made every day fun and created countless memories with everyone in his life.
He was a devoted and loyal husband, incredible and loving father, the fun uncle, and a great friend to so many. He was a father figure to so many, including his nieces, nephews, and “bonus daughter,” Clementine.
He is survived by his wife, children, and sister Laura. His family will forever carry his love, strength, and joy for life. He will be missed every day until we join him in Heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ.
